I studied Popular Music at Leeds University, graduating in 2010 without knowing what I really wanted to do. I started getting experience in local and student radio (LSR:FM) before applying for an internship in music radio programming. I got the internship and moved to New York City for 7 months working at SiriusXM Satellite Radio Station right in the centre of Manhattan. For BIRSt 2012, I will be working predominantly on music radio programming and features specialising in popular culture, music, arts and fashion; while experimenting with radio dramas and documentaries.
