In this episode we find out why being creative is good for our health, we also go whirling around the dance floor at The Spire in Poole High Street with a few of the residents from the Laurels and Pine Care home, accompanied by wonderful live music from the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra dance Band, with special guest Bert Stewart…be sure to leave room for some of the delicious homemade cakes!
