We are very pleased to announce that last Thursday 5th November BIRSt.co.uk added another award to the cabinet. BIRSt 2015 Station Manager Oliver Morris was evidently as delighted as us all at honouring 15 years of Radio@BU by collecting the Kevin Greening Award for Creativity, presented by Chris North of North East Talent. Greg James of BBC Radio 1 also felt so moved that he took a selfie of Ollie’s now famous acceptance speech! Congrats to everyone – staff, students and partner organisations who have worked with the station.
