Penny Jones is a woman on a mission. She is attempting to photograph and catalogue every Blue Plaque in London for a forthcoming website. Blue Plaques are the commemorative plates attached to some London buildings which indicate the once presence of a great personage. I caught up with Penny for a days plaque hunting.
