DJ Shadow’s album Endtroducing is considered a mile-stone in Hip-Hop. Composed entirely from samples of other people’s music, it was thought it could never be performed live. Christopher Brooke talks to the band who are now doing the impossible by performing the record in its entirety with live instruments, and finds out how they’ve done it.
