I have just heard your first broadcast on ‘listen again’. You all sounded like you were having a good time, and i hope you can enjoy subsequent sessions even more as you become less nervous! I loved the history of clapping! Brought back childhood memories! I too was relieved that clapping games are still around – but the old ones are definitely much better than that new one…..!
I was sent the link for BIRSt! by Tony Davies ( Tonefest Man!) I met him through our musician friends Fearne, who are playing Tonefest again this year. This year will be my first Tonefest, and i am SO looking forward to it. Even more so now he has allowed me to help him with some painting jobs! He has seemingly boundless enthusiasm, energy and ideas (as well as an amazing wife!) and you just know this will ensure a brilliant weekend.
3 days with good friends in a beautiful place, chilling out, laughing , dancing, sofas, cream teas(!) posh loos and excellent music! Roll on 22 july!! (oh, some sunshine would be lovely if anyone can have a word!) Have you bought your ticket yet?!
