The OAP bus pass has become integral to many elderly people’s lives allowing them to travel, get out and about and maintain friendships. However in these austere times the future of the bus pass is uncertain. I travelled on the bus with one pass user to her weekly friendship club to find out more about what the bus pass means to the elderly.
