Christopher graduated from the University of Surrey’s ‘Tonmeister’ degree course in 2000 and started working at classical music label Chandos Records as an editor and assistant recording engineer. During this time he travelled the world, recording the finest orchestras, soloists and conductors. Back in the studios he edited and mastered countless discs featuring artists such as the BBC Philharmonic, BBC Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonia Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra.

In 2003 he moved to music publishers Kevin Mayhew and became their senior music producer and recording studio manager. As well as the day-to-day running of the studio he worked on a wide variety of projects, from producing albums with composers and artists, to educational resources and classical recordings.

Following a five-month break in 2007 on a rock climbing expedition through Africa he started working as a freelance producer with a diverse work portfolio, including music editing, CD mastering, audio book recording and editing and composing music for film. Recent projects have included contributions to the soundtrack of ‘The Asgard Project’ – an award-winning film from Posing Productions.

As a passionate listener to speech radio he decided to put his money where his mouth was and go back to school to learn the dark arts of radio production. He has since removed the money from his mouth and found his voice records much better that way.

In his spare time he enjoys rock climbing, yoga and writing in the third person.

He also produced the intro music you skipped on the way into this site.
